My approach
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from yourself or from others—you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re not sure where to begin. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin therapy.
I understand the decision to begin therapy and the search for a therapist can be overwhelming and vulnerable. My goal as your therapist is to honor that decision with care, empathy, and respect, and to meet you with compassion, collaboration, and understanding throughout our work together. My work centers on creating a safe, trusting relationship where meaningful change can unfold over time. This foundation will promote a healthy therapeutic relationship between you and I.
Many of the struggles that bring people to therapy live in the space between us—our relationships, patterns, and unmet needs. When patterns keep repeating and connection feels harder than it should, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of things, and find your way forward.
I am skilled and trained in a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, EFT, Family systems, Attachment-based, Gottman, Perinatal and Sex therapy.
