Hi! I’m Lennie Rodriguez, MS, LMFT, LCDC
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and connection. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story.
I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I work collaboratively to create a space where exploration feels safe and change feels possible. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and building skills that support emotional well-being.
Some speciality areas are anxiety, life transitions, couples work, grief and loss, substance abuse, and perinatal mental health. I am bilingual and have a deep passion for assisting in enhancing the lives of others and empowering them to identify their strengths to overcome their personal obstacles.
I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley and moved to San Antonio to pursue my education and identify other areas of self growth. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University-San Antonio in Psychology. I continued my education and obtained a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, swimming, baking, and working on creative projects.
